1 Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms
Bookings can be made via website, phone, or in person
2 Services Provided
We provide professional pet grooming services including:
Bathing & drying
Hair trimming
Nail trimming
Ear cleaning
Pet spa treatmentgs
Teeth cleaning
Short stay care
3 Additional Charges
Additional Charges may apply for
Matted coat
Flea treatment
Extra time or handling
We will inform you where possible before proceeding.
4 Pet Health & Behaviour
You must inform us of any medical conditions or aggressive behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is unsafe.
5 Safety & Liability
We take great care of all pets
However, grooming involves some risk
We are not liable for unexpected injuries or conditions outside our control.
6 Medical Emergency
In the event of a medical emergency, we may seek veterinary treatment on behalf of your pet. All veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the owner. We will act in the best interest of the pet at all time.
7 Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on our website
Payment is required on completion
Late payments may incur fees
8 Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for cancellation
Less than 24 hours notice may incur full charges
9 Late Pickup Policy
If you care late to collect you pet, a care fee will apply.
We allow a 30 minutes grace period after the agreed pick up time.
After this, a fee of $ per hour (or part there of) will be charged until your pet is collected.
This fee covers the additional care, supervision, and time required to safely look after your pet.
By booking our services, you agree to this policy.
We appreciate your understanding, as late pickups may affect our schedule and other pets in our care.
10 Matting & Coat Condition
Severely matted coats may require shaving or addition a handling, which may result in changes to the desired style or additional charges.
11 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time of we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
12 Consent to Handling
By using our services, you agree that your pet will be handled by professional groomers using appropriate techniques.
13 Photo & Marketing
We may use pet photos for marketing unless you opt out.
14 Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand Law.
