Do you groom puppies?
Yes. We recommend introducing puppies to grooming from around 12 weeks of age, once vaccinations are up to date. Puppy grooming helps them become comfortable with the grooming process.
How long does a grooming appointment take?
Most appointments take between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on your pet's size, coat condition, temperament, and the services selected.
What is the difference between Groom & Spa and Luxury Spa?
Groom & Spa includes everything in a Full Groom, plus additional spa treatments such as coat conditioning or de-shedding, paw care, and oral care.
Luxury Spa includes all Groom & Spa services with premium spa products and intensive coat conditioning for the ultimate grooming experience.
Do you groom cats?
Yes! We offer professional cat grooming services, including bathing, blow drying or cabinet drying, de-shedding, sanitary trims, nail trimming, and full grooming. All cat grooming services are by appointment only to ensure a calm, safe, and low-stress experience for every cat.
What if my pet has matted fur?
Light matting can often be brushed or removed safely. Severe matting may require clipping for your pet's comfort and welfare. Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the coat.
Can I stay during my pet's grooming appointment?
To help pets remain calm and relaxed, owners are generally not present during grooming. We will contact you as soon as your pet is ready for collection.

Are your grooming products safe?
Yes. We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and grooming products suitable for different coat and skin types.
